Seasons Greetings!

As 2022 comes to a close, we’re reflecting on a year of significant growth and impact.

Early in the year, our leadership team completed a strenuous capacity-building project where we reorganized our structure, strategized for a healthy financial future, and improved operating efficiencies.

We hit the ground running in late spring building our new team then launching our maternal health equity initiative and the community doula program, opening Ellie’s Boutique, joining the National Diaper Bank, absorbing Madison’s Miracles, and expanding our fatherhood program. What a year it has been!

We are more equipped than ever to serve Martin County’s families and our hearts are so filled with gratitude. Without our community’s loving arms, we wouldn’t be able to do this impactful work.

I hope you’ll stay tuned for the new year. Happy Holidays!

With gratitude,

Samantha Suffich and your friends at Healthy Start
Happy Holidays!
Staff Celebration Party
After another year of giving back to our community in need, the Healthy Start team decided to give back to themselves and celebrate the holidays together with a special holiday party.

Thank you to St. Mary’s Episcopal Church for hosting our holiday party in their beautiful courtyard and to Pusateri’s for making our delicious lunch!

We wish you all a beautiful holiday season and a happy New Year!
Their Future is in your Hands...
